Police then called Bharti and Pintu for questioning. During the interrogation, Bharti revealed that Rasik had been inebriated and started abusing her. Rasik also got into an argument with Pintu. Having got tired of Rasik’s drinking habit and constant quarrelling Pintu hit Rasik with an iron rod in anger.
Due to the blow, Rasik shed a lot of blood. Bharti and Pintu cleaned Rasik, changed his clothes and brought him to the hospital.
